The hotel is very nice and cozy.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. The room was clean and the staff was cheerful and always ready to help . The swimming pool is really big and with a perfect view. Also the breakfast was really delicious. We enjoyed our staying in here.

Room is really big with a comfortable bed.

Room is really big with a comfortable bed. Washroom looked amazing, it definitely exceeded our expectations! We had in-room dining from the restaurant. The food was really good but rather expensive. Beautiful pool. Delicious welcome drink!

In our room there was a door to the room next to us. Because of this the room was far from soundproof and we could hear noises from a couple that I'm sure they would rather have kept private. Breakfast was really basic and some things didn't taste fresh.

Location is perfect.

Location is perfect. Right on the beach. Hotel is new and modern facility. Friendly stuff . Food Quality is Good . Had Breakfast and Dinner from buffet also from the Set menu. quality food. and Good service . Large range of choices for the buffet Rooms are modern Good space and Comfortable. Good rating for the bathroom. as they use modern technology - including Bathtub Swimming pool Nice and clean, quite place for relaxing.

Comparing the price of Rice and quality of Curry menu quality should be improved Requested 4 Water Bottles around 8.00 pm but did not get that even after one hour . so had to go down to the bar and get it by my self .

The room which I booked , when I went in it was an...

The room which I booked , when I went in it was an interconnecting... and the lock from my side of the door was broken. They simply didn't Care to change... I just had to complain.... Thr is a big board near the pool saying , shower before dip into the pool.... but there r Chinese group's which come in and just put there feel into the pool...... No one in the hotel seems to care... as long as they got paid. Pathetic.

the suit , meals and extra things for kids

We had an awesome weekend in club waskaduwa which we experienced their wonderful hospitality, food and customer care. Our baby also had an enjoyable stay there thanks to the lovely beach, pool and the two cute bunnies they had in the hotel premises. And there is a chance to see the traditional coconut trapping (Athura) which will be a good experience specially to the babies. So it was truly an awesome stay. Thank you team club waskaduwe.

I highly recommend other travelers to visit Club Waskaduwa and it was my 2nd time stay.

It was a nice stay at Club Waskaduwa, Myself and my wife had a very nice time there. The staff was very friendly enough to assist us at anytime. Appreciate the service. Keep up the same in future as well !!

I have requested a 01 Queen bed and it was a twin bed, accommodation with 02 queen beds. Other than that all was great.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Very spacious room, overlooking the ocean.

The room was newly built with the latest technology.

The room was newly built with the latest technology. Nice welcome by the staff.

It's quite noisy at night. We couldn't sleep well the first night because of some annoying noise. That noise was not there the second night but the noises came from automatic door locks located in near rooms was annoying.

Nice hotel, but doesn't act like a 5-star resort.

Lovely: View to the beach - Comfy bed with soft pillows - Nice room - great outside pool with access directly to the beach.

Not so Great: The attention to detail needs to be lifted, the windows/ the lift all need to be cleaned hand prints everywhere. - The staff need better service training, when asking for a coffee it shouldn't take 10mins and then another 10mins for sugar, the staff need more 5-star training, more attention to detail and a bit better English skills. - The hotel seemed to have run out of a lot of stock (all minibar items sold out, tap beer sold out, some soft drinks sold out, even some food items sold out) - I felt the hotel looked like a 5-star resort but it didn't act like one, no one rest for the next day correctly, all glass windows were dirty, all staff need a more 5-star training - when a reset of dinner tables or sun lounges weren't done correctly. - Food was not 5-star at all. Hotel needs to invest in training and cleaning for all hotel staff.

Paradise - an excellent hotel

The staff were so willing to help - they even played badminton with my daughter. They remembered us from last year, upgraded our room, baked us a "welcome back cake" and gave us a couple of glasses of wine. What more could you ask for? Food was to a very high standard and the pool was perfect too.

Had some problems booking the airport transfer using the hotel's own shuttle. The first quote was $150 per person (it was $100 for us all last year). We agreed a 15,000 rupee total (approx $100). The next morning, we got a call to say that the price was wrong and it should have been $200. After a firm conversation they backed down.
